Next to the Masonic Temple is the Joe Fafard sculpture “Emily Carr et ses Amis”. This wonderful sculpture playfully shows Emily with her dog, horse and monkey.
Joe Fafard is also quite famous for his cow sculptures and had a memorable show of his bronze herd, here in Montreal, a few years ago. You can still see one of his cows, beside the MMFA on Avenue du Musée.
